Club OMNES is our way of thanking you for making more sustainable wardrobe choices. You’ll earn points throughout your journey from purchases to reviews. Points can be used to access discounts, so the more you collect the more you save.
Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled in Club OMNES.
You can earn points for all sorts of activities. To see all the ways you can earn points, simply click the *Earn Points* tab in the menu.
You will be able to see your points balance on the header of your Club OMNES page when you are logged in.
Select the *Redeem Points* tab and you’ll be able to see what rewards are available. Once you have enough points, you can redeem them for a unique reward.
No, but your points will expire after 1 year.
Approved: Ready to use for rewards.Pending: Your points are awaiting verification. Typical for recent purchases and referrals.Cancelled: Not added to your account, for example when a purchase is cancelled.
Your pending points will be cancelled and removed from your account.
You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.
It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and update your points balance. If you used a gift card to complete your purchase, the points will not be given to you but the person who purchased the gift card.
Points cannot be used as a payment method directly; however, you can redeem your points for a voucher which can then be applied during checkout.
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled from Club OMNES. Once unenrolled, you will lose any points you have accrued.
Simply contact our team and we'll add you back into the program. Please note, your point total will begin from zero.
